Volume 2: Book 9 - Chapter 1

Year: 1811-12

This chapter is a discussion of what led millions of men to kill millions of other men, particularly during the war between Alexander and Napoleon. 

Was it Alexander and Napoleon? Or the millions of men who chose to kill each other?

It is surmised that the responsibility was not with any party, as much like the many reasons an apple falls from a tree - the wind; a withered stalk; or because the boy below wills it to - it just happened involuntarily.
